Armageddon 2024 is ALMOST full. We have three (3) remaining open spots for players and will have 6 teams with 8 or 9 players per team!

Full Tournament Payment $400

After April 1st, a partial refund may be handled based on the monies available after deposits/payments for tournament expenses if there is a valid excuse for the player’s absence. 

 

What To Expect For Armageddon 2024 

If this is your first year attending armageddon you may have some questions. As a result, we have put together a helpful overview to help prepare you for what to expect during the tournament.

Tournament Schedule (95% Finalized)

The systems and schedule for US Armageddon 2024 are almost completely locked in! We have all the centers on board; we just need to finalize some of the hotels and exact schedule timings for the games. We will start bright and early Friday morning and end late in the evening on Monday. (You must plan for a full day on Monday, no leaving early).
 

DETAILED SCHEDULE

The detailed schedule is still being finalized, but here are how things are currently looking for times throughout the tournament:
Friday (6/28): Cars only
  • 7:00am = Individual Cars Drive to Fun Warehouse
  • 7:00am – 7:30am = Draft Results Announced, Team Meetings, & Intros
  • 7:30am – 12:00pm = Fun Warehouse (Qzar)
  • 12:00pm – 12:30pm = Lunch Break
  • 12:30pm – 3:00pm = Fun Warehouse (Force Part 1)
  • 3:00pm = Individual Cars Drive to Syracuse Hotel (Holiday Inn & Suites | 400 7th N St, Liverpool, NY 13088)
  • 3:00pm + = HOTEL / FREE TIME
Saturday (6/29): Bus Driving
  • 8:00am – 8:30am = Bus Arrival & Loading at Syracuse, NY Hotel (TBD)
  • 8:30am – 2:00pm = Bus from Syracuse Hotel to Wyomissing, PA (+1hr stop for Lunch)
  • 2:00pm – 6:30pm = LaserWorks Wyomissing (Tron)
  • 6:30pm – 8:00pm = Bus to Bensalem, PA Hotel (Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast | 2400 Old Lincoln Hwy Trevose PA)
  • 8:00pm + = HOTEL / FREE TIME 
Sunday (6/30): Bus Driving + Cars to Force Part 2
  • 6:45am – 7:15am = Bus Loading at Bensalem Hotel
  • 7:15am –7:30am = Bus From Bensalem Hotel to Ultrazone Bensalem
  • 7:30am – 11:30am = Ultrazone Bensalem (Zone)
  • 11:30am – 6:30pm = Bus From Ultrazone Bensalem to Night 3 Syracuse Hotel (+1hr stop for Lunch)
  • 6:30pm – 8:30pm = Get Food Independently & Relax
  • 8:30pm – 9:00pm = Drive to Fun Warehouse for Force Part 2
  • 9:00pm – 11:00pm = Fun Warehouse (Force Part 2)
  • 11:00pm = Individual Cars Return To The Syracuse Hotel (Tru by Hilton Syracuse-Camillus | 116 Township Blvd, Camillus, NY 13031)
Monday (7/1): Cars only
  • 6:30 am – 7:00am = Individual Cars Drive to Fun Warehouse
  • 7:00am – 11:30am = Fun Warehouse (Blast)
  • 11:30am – 12:00pm = Lunch Break (Planned Group Order – Pizza)
  • 12:00pm – 4:30pm = Fun Warehouse (Tactical)
  • 4:30pm – 5:00pm = Dinner Break
  • 5:00pm – 9:30pm = Fun Warehouse (Storm)
  • 9:30pm – 10:00pm = Awards
 
[On Monday, given that the Fun Warehouse arena is so large, we may be able to play two systems at once (this has been done in the past for mini-geddons hosted there). If we can make this work, it might shorten our Monday schedule by a few hours. But, for now everyone should plan on a full day of laser tag on Monday (7/1) ending at 10pm.]

Abut The Draft

Due to the incredible community support for a draft tournament, Armageddon 2024 will be a draft format. Teams will be drafted by captains directly before the start of the tournament.

  • Experience: Players of all skill levels and experience are welcome to participate in the tournament.
  • Captains: Captains will be selected by the tournament committee based on nominees from the community.
  • Draft Style: Snake draft - Picking order based on captain skill
  • Players: There will be up to 54 players, we currently have 51 registered players.
  • Teams: There will be 6 teams. (6 teams = single round robin tournament format)
